Client Administrator

Your New Role:
As a Client Relations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the wider operations department whilst managing your own portfolio of customers. You will support with handling client enquiries through email and telephone communications and be the first point of contact to welcome visitors to the site.

Additional administrative duties will include pulling daily reports, and ensuring internal databases are maintained accurately updated regarding client records and orders.

There are strictly NO sales involved within this position – however, you will liaise between the Sales and Customer Service team to ensure that you can keep customers updated with their current orders and maintain consistent communication.

The successful candidate will need to have a passion for delivering a first-class service, whilst building and maintaining effective business relationships.

You will be highly motivated, organised and able to manage your own time effectively.

Strong written and verbal skills are essential as well as being confident using all Microsoft packages.
