CRM & Marketing Manager, Harlow, Essex, up to £50,000. Superb opportunity to be part of a thriving eCommerce company and play a key role in their strategic marketing direction.

THE COMPANY
Our client is a thriving and fast growing, global eCommerce business disturbing a wide diversity of consumer products by all eCommerce channels.


THE ROLE
To develop their digital marketing strategy, they wish to recruit a CRM & Marketing Manager. The role will manage the marketing, CRM and insight teams and be responsible for customer retention, order frequency and engagement. Managing a team of 6, your typical job responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the strategic customer retention & engagement roadmap
  • Oversee the customer email program
  • Take the lead with how customer data is managed and used for Marketing
  • Oversee the customer social media strategy 
  • Managing PR opportunities and partnership tie ins
  • Being the brand advocate & guardian in both marketing but also across ecommerce
  • Be an inspirational leader and mentor to an international digital team

Specific Requirements

  • Successful background in Digital Marketing and CRM, ideally eCommerce
  • Proven success in growing customer loyalty & order frequency
  • International experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of managing a loyalty programme also a benefit
  • Fantastic examples of managing a content led social media strategy to customers
  • Experience of driving engagement and growth within YouTube would be a big advantage
  • A great eye for design and ability to translate brand guidelines across different media
  • People management experience & desire to improve a team
